Answer: Unfortunately, at present, no lots will be sold to private buyers in Rainbow Falls as all lots in the development are and/or will be sold to the builders in the show home parade only. Additionally, builders are not permitted to sell lots to customers after they have purchased the lot from the developer as this is not permitted as part of the subdivision’s Architectural Guidelines.

Answer: If you back on to the pond or stream you must have a chain link fence. There are no restrictions as to the type of landscaping that can be done in the backyard, however, we encourage residents to be respectful of their neighbours views.
Answer: The Town of Chestermere prohibits ice related activities, such as skating and cross country skiing, as the ponds are not monitored for ice thickness, also, the ice along the edges is extremely unstable and is a safety concern. Ice skating is only allowed at certain dry ponds where the Town of Chestermere maintains the skating facility.
Answer: Yes, it is the responsibility of the owners of the corner houses to maintain the sidewalk including shovelling the snow and mowing the grass.
